Can I reserve a SUP/Surfboard rental online? And whats included? You sure can! We offer a full line of high quality demo SUP boards from Blue Planet and other SUP brands. All rentals include a leash, paddle, and straps & pads. Our current SUP rental fleet can be viewed here. For a complete breakdown of our rental program click here  where you can reserve a specific rental board for 2 or more days with a $40 deposit for surfboards and a $75 deposit for SUP's.


Can I rent one of your Blue Planet Inflatable SUP's? You sure can! We have several inflatables to rent. They include the travel bag, pump, removable fin, leash and paddle. They are listed on our SUP rental board availability here.


I won't have a car when I'm there can I have a rental SUP/Surfboard delivered somewhere? You sure can! We offer delivery service for the Honolulu/Waikiki area. We require at least 48 hrs notice as to make arrangements. We deliver/pick-up rentals from guests in the morning (9-9:30am) or in the evening (6-6:30pm). Include your requests in the notes section of your order (where you want it delivered, AM/PM preference, contact number). You can add the delivery service to your rental here.

What size SUP paddle do I need? Correct paddle height is crucial for ensuring good technique and less fatigue. The basic range is approximately 4-10 inches above your height. Wow what a wide range you might say. The lower end of the range would be for more surf specific paddles, the middle of the range would be for all around paddle activities, and the high end of the range would be for more distance focused paddles.


If I buy a  SUP or Surfboard online can you ship it to the mainland or internationally? We sure can!  Blue Planet SUP purchases through our online store currently include Free shipping and handling to any major US airport!

We package the board with bubble wrap and in a box, book the shipment and deliver it to the airport (a $100 value).  We then ship via air cargo to closest major airport that accepts wide body planes and pre-pay the shipping fees including damage insurance through the carrier.  We supply you with the tracking information and the Air cargo company will call you when the board is ready for pickup, which usually only takes 1-2 days.  You then have to drive to the airport air cargo office to collect your board.  We can include any accessories with the board at no extra shipping charge to you, including paddles etc.  

International shipments are made the same way, by air cargo, and there is a surcharge for the higher cost of international shipments, usually ranging from $100 to $300, depending on the destination and air cargo fees.

Are the SUP's/products listed on your site in stock and ready to ship ASAP? They sure are! Our in-store and online inventory are linked for up-to-date availability. We also share a google doc file for spreedsheet style SUP availability here. We try to process - package and ship within 48 hours.


What are Blue Planet SUP Boards made from? We have a page dedicated to the process we use here. And it includes a factory tour video!


What comes with Blue Planet SUP Boards? All new Blue Planet SUP's come with a preinstalled deck pad, fins and board bag. Add it to your order here.


Do Blue Planet SUP Boards have a warranty? Yes they do! All Blue Planet SUP and Surfboards have a 90 day warranty. You can read about it here at the bottom of the Board construction page here.


Where do I park at Blue Planet? We now have a 14 stall parking lot on the ewa (west) side of our building. You can pull in to our parking lot from Kawaiahao street. 


What forms of payment do you accept? In-store, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Gift Cards and Cash. On-line, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal.
