Blue Planet Surf offers multiple shipping options for online orders, most of which are sent via USPS Priority Mail and arrive at their final destination in approximately 3-5 business days.  Some specialty and oversized items, however, require an alternative means of shipping which we are more than happy to arrange for you.

In general, these are the approximate shipping prices and methods we utilize:

$2-$6 – USPS First Class (ETA 5-7 business days)

Small accessories, stickers, etc.

$5-$100 – USPS Priority Variable (ETA 3-5 business days with tracking)

Product size/dims/weight affect shipping cost

$6 – USPS Priority Small Flat Rate (ETA 3-5 business days with tracking)

Small items like T-shirts, boardshorts, rail tape, paddle guards, misc. accessories, etc.

$12 – USPS Priority Medium Flat Rate (ETA 3-5 business days with tracking)

Multiple small items, medium size items like board socks, paddle bags, etc.

$16 – USPS Priority Large Flat Rate (ETA 3-5 business days with tracking)

Multiple items, medium/large size items like board socks, paddle bags, etc.

$85 – Fixed SUP Paddle via USPS/UPS (ETA 5-7 business days)

$60 – 2 or 3 Piece Adjustable SUP Paddle via USPS/UPS (ETA 5-7 business days)

FREE – Delta Air Cargo with any Blue Planet Surf Online SUP Package

Blue Planet Surf Online SUP Packages include packaging and handling and 2-3 day Delta Air Shipping to the nearest major US airport serviced by Delta. Shipping capabilities are based on board sizes and desired destinations (i.e. bigger airports can more easily receive bigger boards whereas smaller airports can only manage boards up to a certain size)

Returns/ Exchanges:

New and unused products can be returned for a full product refund (less shipping costs) within 90 days of purchasing with valid reason (excluding boards, paddles, specialty products, or custom order requests).

To return or exchange an item, please send it back to the following address with a packing slip detailing your reason for the return or exchange. Upon receiving the product at our shop, we will assess whether or not everything was returned, and whether or not to refund or exchange.

If we made a mistake and sent you an incorrect item, we will pay the shipping cost to return it and replace the product for you at no charge. If you wish to return or exchange a new and unused item for reasons other than a Blue Planet Surf shop staff member’s error, we kindly ask you help us cover any shipping costs associated with the exchange/return.

Blue Planet Surf has extensive experience in shipping boards all over the world. We package our boards in 2+ layers of bubble wrap, with extra bubble wrap on the nose/tail/rails, before putting them in a cardboard box for shipping.

Even with the best packaging, boards/packages are still prone to being damaged due to shipper negligence. Blue Planet Surf and its affiliates are not responsible for any damage from transport but we insure the value of the board for shipping and will assist you in any way, should we need to file a damage claim.

We usually ship boards airport-to-airport, but door-to-door shipping services are available if a customer is willing to pay a premium price to do so. Door-to-door shipments usually start at around $500/pc. For further questions, please contact us in person, by phone or by email.
