How we ship
Most web orders for accessories are shipped via USPS or FedEx. Boards are shipped via Southwest Air Cargo to the nearest major airport.
Free Southwest Air Cargo shipping is included on all SUPs and surfboards 10'6 and under purchased from our website. For boards over 10'6, please contact us — additional charges may apply depending on destination.

Shipping damage
Blue Planet Surf is not responsible for damages caused by shipping or 3rd party freighters. We will always assist you with damage, loss, and non-delivery claims — but we cannot provide refunds or replacements unless the shipper accepts fault for damages they caused.

For all international orders, please contact our Honolulu store directly. The customer is responsible for all import duties, fees, and taxes.
